Trackouts / Stems License — Inquiry Terms

Availability before payment
Trackouts are offered at $99.99 only after D-Money Beats confirms that the complete stem package for the selected beat has been uploaded and checked. An inquiry is not a purchase, reservation, or grant of rights. No payment will be taken through this option until availability is confirmed.
Proposed license
The final order will identify the included stems and incorporate a non-exclusive license based on the WAV agreement, with any additional mix, stream, download, term, and delivery terms shown before payment. Producer retains copyright in the beat; the buyer receives only the stated right to create and release one New Song.
