Previews and purchases
Beat previews are for evaluation only and grant no release, monetization, redistribution, or ownership rights. A cleared purchase grants only the rights in the license accepted for that exact order. MP3, WAV, Unlimited, three-beat bundles, and fixed-price mixing/mastering services use Stripe Checkout. Trackouts/stems, custom beats, and exclusive rights remain inquiry-only until availability, scope, and final terms are confirmed.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars: MP3 $29.99; WAV $49.99; Unlimited $199.99; three-MP3 bundle $69.99; three-WAV bundle $119.99; mixing $99.99; mastering $49.99; and mix + master $129.99. Trackouts are a $99.99 inquiry option only after stems are confirmed; Exclusive and custom beats are quoted individually. The final checkout total controls. Agreement and delivery records
Before payment, the buyer must accept the displayed license, these Store Terms, and the Delivery & Refund Policy. The store records the accepted text, version, order, payment reference, and acceptance time. Files and the order-specific license are released only after server-side verification of payment.
Fair use of the store
Do not bypass access controls, scrape private files, submit automated or fraudulent requests, test stolen payment methods, interfere with checkout, or use the site to violate another person’s rights. D-Money Beats may rate-limit, reject, review, or cancel suspicious unpaid activity and may revoke access associated with fraud or a refunded payment.
Electronic communications
Order and service communications may be sent electronically to the address provided. Marketing email requires separate affirmative consent. Each marketing email must identify D-Money Beats, include a working unsubscribe method, and include the current valid postal address configured in the Mailchimp audience footer. Support: contact@dmoneybeats.com.
Law and changes
Delaware law governs these terms except where mandatory law applies. The parties will attempt good-faith written resolution for 30 days before filing suit in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Castle County, Delaware. The version accepted with an order controls that order; later changes do not rewrite completed purchases.
