Audio Services Terms

Booking and project schedule
A fixed-price mixing, mastering, or mix-and-master checkout books the selected base service at the displayed price. After payment, the client must send the required audio files and project brief through the delivery email. Work begins after D-Money Beats confirms that the files are usable and both parties confirm the schedule, included revisions, and deliverables. Custom-beat requests remain quote-only and do not create a booking or grant rights.
Rates and scope changes
Published starting rates are mixing $99.99, mastering $49.99, and mix-and-master $129.99. Custom beats are quoted individually. New recordings, changed direction, missing files, rush delivery, extra revisions, session files, stems, or alternate versions may require a revised written quote.
Rights and originality
The client must have permission to provide every vocal, recording, beat, sample, lyric, image, and reference. Reference tracks communicate mood and direction, not permission to copy protected expression. Each party keeps its pre-existing rights; any new ownership, license, royalty, credit, portfolio use, or work-for-hire term must be stated in the signed project schedule.
Payment, delivery, and cancellation
The checkout receipt and confirmed project schedule control payment, delivery, revision windows, cancellation, and refunds. If the client does not provide usable files or the purchased base service cannot reasonably cover the requested scope, D-Money Beats will offer a scope adjustment or an appropriate refund before work begins. No source files, stems, commercial rights, rush delivery, or extra revisions are promised unless listed. D-Money Beats may pause work for missing client materials.
Contact and disputes
Contact contact@dmoneybeats.com. Delaware law governs except where mandatory law applies. The parties will first attempt good-faith written resolution for 30 days before an unresolved dispute is filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Castle County, Delaware.
