Information collected
The site may process contact details, inquiry messages, email-marketing consent, selected beats, order details, payment status and references, accepted agreement text/version, download events, saved-beat identifiers, IP-derived rate-limit hashes, and ordinary hosting security logs. Raw card numbers are entered with Stripe and are not stored by D-Money Beats.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, manage the free-beat offer, maintain the Mailchimp audience, process and deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, document license acceptance, provide support, and meet legal or accounting duties. The site does not sell personal information or use advertising pixels.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments; Mailchimp manages opted-in marketing contacts; Cloudflare-backed Sites hosting and storage deliver and secure the website and files; and Resend may send transactional delivery email. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Choices, retention, and security
Marketing email is optional and may be unsubscribed from at any time. Free-beat access may instead use the listed social-support option. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable access controls are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Contact contact@dmoneybeats.com to request access, correction, or deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained.
Children and changes
This commercial site is not directed to children under 13 and D-Money Beats does not knowingly collect their personal information. Material privacy changes will be reflected in an updated notice and effective date.
