How access is earned
A visitor may unlock the offer only by entering a valid email address, affirmatively joining the D-Money Beats Mailchimp audience, accepting these terms, and accepting the required producer credit. The download is privately gated and is not exposed as an unrestricted public file.
License grant
After access is confirmed and the finalized file is delivered, D-Money Beats grants the recipient a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record one New Song over the identified beat and share that New Song only for noncommercial promotional use. No fee is charged. The license lasts two years unless upgraded earlier.
Credit and restrictions
Credit “Prod. by D-Money Beats” is required in metadata and wherever credits are supported. The recipient may not monetize, sell downloads, use paid advertising, license or synchronize the New Song, redistribute the raw beat, share the download link, sublicense the beat, claim ownership of the beat, or register the beat or New Song in Content ID or another automated rights-claiming system.
Commercial upgrade and ownership
A paid license must be obtained before any monetized stream, paid download, paid performance, commercial distribution, brand use, or other revenue-generating use. D-Money Beats retains all copyright in the beat. The recipient retains original lyrics and vocals, subject to this limited license.
Termination
Fraud, bot activity, false follow confirmation, missing credit, unauthorized monetization, raw-beat redistribution, or automated rights claims terminate this license after notice, or immediately where cure is not practical. Questions and upgrade requests: contact@dmoneybeats.com.
